A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

Tech Support

Assist customers with technical repair inquiries.

Customer Support

Review, analyze and respond to customers’ billing inquiries

Account Information

Resolve customers’ open issues or questions

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years experience in a Technical Support or Customer Service Position.
  • Deep understanding of the market and varying the right opportunities.
  • Must Pass a Criminal Background and Drug Test.
  • Experience with sales a plus.
